Shopify, multi-level Workspaces & faster previews

Three big things landed at the end of April.

Shopify Integration

Connect your Shopify store to Wevion via OAuth in two clicks. Once linked, we sync orders, products and COGS in real time, then attribute the net revenue (after returns) back to the originating campaign / adset / ad. No more guessing whether a winning campaign was actually profitable after refunds.

  • One-click OAuth install (Shopify Partner App)
  • Order + product sync within seconds, refund handling baked in
  • Net-revenue attribution rolled up to campaign / adset / ad
  • Full GDPR + customer-data-request flow handled in-app

Coming next: WooCommerce — same surface, different connector. Ships behind a feature flag in the next release.

Multi-level Workspaces (RBAC)

Larger teams asked for a richer permission model. We now support a four-tier hierarchy:

Organization → Workspace → Legal Entity → Team

Each level has its own roles, owners and audit trail. Existing single-team accounts have been migrated automatically into the "Default Workspace" of their organization — no setup required to keep things working as they did. Admins can now create additional workspaces or legal entities from Settings → Organization.

Faster PR previews

Behind the scenes, our preview environments rebuild 6× faster (from ~30 min to ~5 min) thanks to a parallel pg_restore and a tighter 14-day insight window. You won't see this directly, but you'll feel it: the support team can validate fixes much faster.

Tracking foundation, part 1

The first slice of the new Wevion Tracking stack is now live for internal use: 32 normalised user properties (wevion_*) and 14 behavioural events flowing into HubSpot, with reverse-ETL sync, lead scoring and account-health scoring under the hood. This unlocks the upcoming lifecycle automations and the new sales-handoff flow.
